Posted your spare room online? Thirty comments. And your phone number, out there for everyone. There's a better way to fill a room in Perth. On Kipmates, you make one clean listing. Rent per week, roster, move-in date. Seekers message you in one inbox. Your number and your address stay private. Every host is ID checked. Every listing is reviewed. It's free to list while we launch. No card needed. And the first hundred hosts keep a lower price. List your room at kipmates dot com.

Why Kipmates

What changes from Facebook groups

  • Replies, not “dm me pls”

Seekers message you in Kipmates with their roster, move-in date and budget. No more thirty comments under your post.

  • Your number stays private

No phone number or full name on show. Your exact address never leaves Kipmates: seekers see an approximate area.

  • Real rooms, real people

Every listing is checked before it goes live. Anything that asks for money before a viewing gets reported and removed.

Trust

Every host is ID-verified

Seekers have been burned before. An “ID verified” badge on your listing shows them you’re real. It takes about 2 minutes with a passport, driver licence or ID card, handled by Stripe.

Kipmates never sees or stores your document or photos: only whether the check passed.

“Be aware of scammers — don’t pay any money until you actually see the property.”
